Two audiences, one institution
The club trains across several disciplines and carries a long competitive record. Prospective members want classes, schedules, facilities and registration conditions; the wider club community follows news, honours, coaches and veteran athletes. Both needed to be first-class citizens of the same site.
The practices this build came out of.

A timetable at the centre of the content
Built on WordPress with a sports theme and a custom child theme, extended with a timetable module for weekly class schedules and form and newsletter integrations for registration enquiries. Coaches, veterans, hall of honours, facilities, news and the club magazine each got their own structured section rather than being flattened into pages.
Dense content, clearly separated
A club-branded yellow and dark palette with badge-led identity and sports photography. The volume of content is real, so the work was in the separation: clear Persian typographic hierarchy and distinct, mobile-friendly sections that let each audience find its own route through a large site.
Traffic, revenue and conversion figures belong to the client, so we do not publish them. What follows is what the delivered build contains.
