These terms cover this website. The terms that cover a project are agreed in writing before the work starts, and they take precedence over anything here.
Using this site
You may read, link to and quote this site. Please do not present its content as your own, and do not scrape it for training or resale without asking first.
Content and accuracy
Project names, clients, dates and delivery status on this site describe real work. Where a site is no longer online, the entry says so and is written from the delivered build. Client quotes are labelled as placeholders until they are approved for publication.
Nothing on this site is an offer, an estimate or advice you should act on without a conversation.
Intellectual property
The Cactus name, mark, triangle pattern and the design system behind this site belong to Cactus Software Group. Typefaces and third-party libraries remain the property of their authors under their own licences.
Engagement terms
Work is governed by a separate signed agreement covering scope, ownership of deliverables, confidentiality, payment and liability. Those terms take precedence over this page in every case.
Unless that agreement says otherwise, the client owns the deliverables on final payment, and Cactus keeps the right to reuse generic components and techniques.
Liability
This site is provided as it is. We keep it accurate and available but do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for decisions taken on the basis of it alone.
