Scope, sequence and the technical direction. Architecture and stack are decided here, after the problem — never before it.

Flows and interfaces designed against real content and reviewed in the browser, with data model and interface moving together.

Short cycles and working software each time. Frontend, backend, data and infrastructure are built as one system, not four.

Automated coverage where it pays, security and performance checks, and structured sessions with the people who will use it.

Deployment, migration and the handover of a system your own team can operate, with monitoring in place before release.

04Questions

Before theFirst call.

With discovery. Before any code we work through the business goal, the users, the workflows, the technical limits and the data the product needs. The architecture and the stack are decided after that, and you leave the stage with a scope and a plan whether or not you continue with us.
Often. We can lead the work, embed with your team, or take a single discipline — design, frontend, backend, infrastructure or SEO — as long as ownership is clear on both sides.
Growth is stage seven of our process. Most clients continue with maintenance, monitoring, performance and security work and a roadmap of new capability. Launch is where a product starts being used, which is when the interesting problems appear.
Next.js, React, Node.js, PHP and Python for building; PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB and Redis for data; WordPress and WooCommerce for content and commerce-led work; Docker, Linux and CI/CD for delivery. We choose per project, not per trend.
We use it where it removes manual work, speeds up a decision or makes something possible that was not economical before — assistants, extraction, classification, semantic search and automation. When it would only add a badge, we say so.
