An artistic audience expects more than a website
The institute needed a digital presence that reads as part of its cultural work rather than as an administrative layer over it — expressive, emotional and distinctive, while still holding a rich and growing body of content and remaining usable.
The practices this build came out of.

Experimental layout on a disciplined front end
A React and Next.js build with a content-driven architecture and a motion system tuned against performance. The structure is flexible enough that new programmes and formats can be published without a redesign, which is what keeps an experimental layout from ossifying after launch.
A visual narrative, not a menu
Typography-first interfaces, asymmetric composition and large negative spaces guide the reader through a sequence rather than a navigation tree. Persian type is integrated into the modern layout rather than retrofitted into it, which is the part of this work that usually goes wrong.
Traffic, revenue and conversion figures belong to the client, so we do not publish them. What follows is what the delivered build contains.
