A school, a shop and a magazine
Karatalk teaches English and IELTS online, sells a paid writing-correction service with a two-day turnaround, and publishes a steady stream of free learning material to bring people in. Three different jobs, three different content models, and one platform that had to hold all of them without becoming unmanageable for the people who run it.
The practices this build came out of.

03Content platform UX

One funnel, from free test to enrolment
The platform was implemented on WordPress with an LMS course engine, WooCommerce checkout and Elementor Pro, extended with custom form workflows for writing submissions and a free placement quiz that routes a visitor to the right course. Instructor profiles, reviews and enrolment all live in the same system as the course catalogue.
A large library that stays searchable
Podcasts, stories, grammar articles and video lessons are organised into a single right-to-left content library with inline players and a search that works across all of it. The palette is bright and illustration-led rather than institutional, and the long-form Persian typography was tuned for people who read on a phone for a long time.
Traffic, revenue and conversion figures belong to the client, so we do not publish them. What follows is what the delivered build contains.
